Sam’s areas of practice primarily involve Litigation, Arbitration and Advisory with a special focus on complex matters relating to Construction, Corporate & Company, Commercial Fraud, Insolvency matters and Criminal Law.
Sam handles various aspects of contentious disputes, from civil to corporate, with an emphasis on his advisory role in commercial aspects with the aim of achieving the most effective resolution of the dispute by balancing the client’s exposure to risk and their business and/or personal and financial objectives.
Sam also has extensive experience in the areas involving, amongst others, Corporate and Shareholder Disputes, Directors’ Duties, Employment Law and Construction Adjudication Proceedings commenced under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012.
